10+ years of well-rounded technology experience with strong understanding of EDI, networking, infrastructure and software applications.  Prefer experience in the transportation/logistics/brokerage/warehousing/supply chain arena.  Successful candidate will be proactive, strategic, and consultative.  He/she will manage development, implementation, installation, and computer operations and will manage a team of 5-10 technical professionals.  This is a customer facing position and 30% travel is expected.  Degree strongly preferred.

NEW:  Director of Operational Improvement5+ years of experience in distribution/logistics/warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL (3rd party logistics) or 4PL environment.  Ideal candidate will have managed process improvement or systems implementation projects and will have experience with Lean Process Improvement.  Should have experience with at least one software product in the 3PL environment and should have participated in an implementation.  Degree required.

NEW:  Senior Application Developer – 3rd party logistics
5+ years of full life cycle development solution delivery experience in a Microsoft development environment and preferably experience in the 3rd party logistics industry.  Ideal candidate will have experience with the following:  at least one 3PL software product, Agile development methodology; mobile development experience (RF handheld devices, in particular); open source web development; SQL Server database analysis and design; reporting; and MS Office.

8+ years of Business Intelligence experience and 3 years of team leadership experience.  Ideal candidate will have experience with multiple reporting and ETL platforms and experience working with offshore teams, business users and executives. strong SQL skills and a good understanding of optimization & tuning for databases, ETL, and reporting. Ideal candidate should also have a strong background in dimensional modeling, ETL design and reporting application design. 3+ years of development experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle or other RDBMS in an Agile environment. Must have completed major full lifecycle projects and provided post production support. Must have coding experience in Peoplecode (not just SQR) and will be working with release 9.1.  Hands on experience working with offshore development resources would be a plus. Ideal candidate will have experience customizing or supporting General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules and will have both technical and functional experience. NEW:  SQL DBA Contract-to-hire
Initial estimate is 240-720 hours.  Experience/skills required include the following:  DTS and SSIS package development and deployment; failover clusters; installation and migration; performance monitoring and troubleshooting; running ad-hoc scripts; and log shipping.  Position will be onsite; there are several SQL 2005, 2008, and 2008 R2 instances with a mix of standard and enterprise; both OLTP and data warehouse workloads.

NEW:  Product Support Specialist
3-5 years experience in quality assurance, support, and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.  Will handle help desk, software support, product testing, QA, and reporting for a software company.  College degree highly desirable as well as:  excellent communication skills; solid understanding of help desk operations; customer service orientation; project management skills; familiarity with software application infrastructure, servers and networks; basic programming experience; and experience writing reports in SQL, Access or similar.
$60-80,000, depending on experience

Lead Developer/Manager of Application Development
Must have extensive hands-on architecture and development experience with Web-based products in a Microsoft .NET/C# environment and solid managerial experience. This is a hands-on position requiring significant development time.  Will be responsible for the infrastructure supporting application development and operations.  Will work closely with software engineers, application business owners, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure progress and quality of application development projects. Will oversee quality assurance, will perform code reviews, and will mentor more junior developers and engineers.  SharePoint experience preferred but not required.
$120-150,000 + bonus

Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect
5+ years of web development experience including strong hands-on experience with C#.NET, SQL Server and at least 2 years of architecture and SharePoint development. Should have experience with methodologies such as RUP and Agile, as well as full life cycle experience in an n-tier MS environment.  Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Degree required.
$100-120,000+, depending on experience

Strong security background needed for several months to put policies and procedures in place at software firm.  Will perform security audits, improve programming capability, evaluate data center and hardware encryption, etc.  Must have experience with SAS 70/SOC II and Meaningful Use audits, including drafting policies.  Need big picture thinker.

3+ years SQL Report Writer, SSRS and MS SQL Server, Windows Server 2005/2008 and Active Directory experience.  Must also have strong knowledge of database structures, triggers, stored procedures, user functions, indexes and views.  Plusses include experience with ASCTrac, Great Plains, and/or Data Warehousing.

2-4 years of experience utilizing advanced mathematics in a business setting.  Experience could be in linear programming, optimization modeling, operations research, and the like.  Requires very strong quantitative aptitude and an understanding of data mining and analytics.  Ideal candidate will have a master degree or Ph.D in Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or other technical discipline.  Ideally, this person will also have worked with Lindo solver (preferred) or Matlab and will have data mining experience using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, etc.  Knowledge of MS Access and basic financial management skills are preferred.  Requires 50% travel to client sites, otherwise “work from home.” Solid consulting/communications skills are a must.
$90-100,000 + 20% bonus

10+ years of cloud services and digital security work experience, preferably in global management and operations.  Successful candidate must have outstanding strategic, management, leadership and communication skills.  Technical skills in the following areas are desirable:  systems administration, managing Unix, Linux, etc.; networking technologies and protocols; RDBMS; software development and/or shell scripting, SAN, disaster recovery and business continuity; Email technology; messaging protocols; and virtualization technology.  Will manage a group of managers, developing effective operations organization globally.

Account Manager – CRM
7+ years of experience as a business strategist in a technology or management consulting delivery role.  Must have experience with CRM.  Will sell and manage $1-2 million of consulting engagements, implementing sales and marketing customer service software and CRM systems.  Will manage client accounts, handle delivery, identify and manage business development opportunities within existing client organizations.  Will work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service areas.  Degree preferred.  25-50% travel.
$125-150,000 + bonus

Enterprise Software Sales Representative/Executive
10+ years of business development/sales executive experience in a professional services environment with a track record of developing executive level business relationships and selling strategic consulting engagements.  Prefer a consultant who has interfaced with clients in the SCM, CRM or ERP space.  Must have proven success in account start-ups and the ability to establish $3 million+ in revenue.  CRM software and consulting sales experience is preferred. Degree required, MBA desired.
$90-110,000 + commission

Project Manager – CRM
5+ years of experience in a lead role in the deployment of CRM implementations.  Additional experience preferred includes successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, preferably in a technical or management consulting environment.  Experience with CRM process reengineering, transformation and deployment is highly desirable. Degree preferred.  25-50% travel.
$110-135,000 + bonus

Senior CRM Business Analyst
3-5 years of experience in technical or management consulting, working with external clients in a technology delivery role.  Must have experience with CRM process reengineering, and will be responsible for CRM process reengineering, transformation and delivery.  Degree required.  25-50% travel.

Cloud Based Technical Architect (fulltime or contract)
8+ years of experience developing technology solutions and 5+ years experience managing external client projects delivering business consulting and systems development.  Will design, architect and manage the integration of cloud based solutions and technologies to drive alignment of client needs.  Should have demonstrated experience deploying enterprise software systems using XML, Java, C++, and/or .NET (C#), salesforce.com Apex/Visualforce, SQL, and enterprise application integration.  Must be experienced and knowledgeable in one or more of the following technologies:  Salesforce.com, Oracle/Siebel, Oracle/CRM OnDemand and Blackbaud.  Degree required. 25-50% travel.

Hands-on Java Developer w/experience building Java/J2EE applications from the ground up.   Must have strong working knowledge of tools, applications, frameworks & methodologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Agile, Struts, IBM WebSphere, etc.  Should also have experience with Service Oriented Architecture and web service integration skills.  Will be a member of a team or will lead a team in the architecture, design, development and testing of various J2EE/Java initiatives for customers.  Initial assignment will be in the northern suburbs.

1-2 years minimum experience, within a software firm, doing basic and advanced configuration, integration, administration and migration.  Will be responsible for same using Siebel tools.  Prefer experience with Siebel Web Services, eScript, Oracle BI Publisher, etc.  Must have Siebel CRM experience.
$50-70/hour, contract to hire

Microsoft Platform Consultant
1-2 years of full life cycle experience with ASP.NET, Web Services, XML and SQL Server.  This is a fulltime permanent position with benefits.  Act as a consultant for Chicago-based clients at client sites.  No out of state travel.   Position entails 70% coding.  Previous consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and degree required.

Help Desk Engineer
2-3 years experience doing Tier 1 Help Desk support.  Travel 10-20% to onsite repairs required, and travel might take up to 2.5 hours to various sites.  Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle to drive to sites.  Mileage will be reimbursed.  When not traveling to client sites, candidate will manage calls and tickets at call center.  College degree preferred.  Must have outstanding communication skills, outgoing personality and willingness to learn.

Healthcare Engagement Director/Executive Nurse Consultant
10+ years of progressive administrative experience including the responsibility for budgeting and managing operations for multiple cost centers.  Must have nurse staffing expertise at an executive level. Healthcare consulting experience highly desired.  Experience with Toyota Lean, Six Sigma or TQM process improvement methodologies.  Will manage the implementation of staffing analytical projects at healthcare organizations (more than one project).  Will serve as a strategic partner and technical advisor; will focus on workload, budgeting, developing staffing strategies, and analysis of operating results.  50% travel may be required to client sites.  May convert to fulltime from contract quickly.
$90-110/hour + guaranteed and expected bonuses
