Healthcare Engagement Director/Executive Consultant
10+ years of progressive administrative experience including the responsibility for budgeting and managing operations for multiple cost centers. Healthcare consulting experience highly desired. Knowledgeg of current standards, best practices, and literature related to the financial management of a Department of Nursing required. Experience with Toyota Lean, Six Sigma or TQM process improvement methodologies. Will manage the implementation of staffing analytical projects at healthcare organizations (more than one project). Will serve as a strategic partner and technical advisor; will focus on workload, budgeting, developing staffing strategies, and analysis of operating results. Prefer Registered Nurse, MSN, MSN/MBA. Degree required. 50% travel may be required to client sites. May convert to fulltime from contract in 2011.
$90-110/hour + guaranteed and expected bonuses

Healthcare Project Consultant/Senior Consultant
5+ years of strategic/management/healthcare consulting (hospital space) experience and/or healthcare (hospital space) financial experience. Experience developing financial pro forma statements or business plans, very strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presentation skills. Degree required; prefer master degree as well. Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in business applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Will create RFPs and serve on consulting teams to implement staffing analytical projects in healthcare organizations. 50% travel may be required to client sites. May convert to fulltime from contract in 2011.
$60-80/hour + guaranteed and expected bonuses

BizTalk Architect/Consultant
4+ years experience developing solutions using C# in a .NET environment. Must also have 2+ years experience developing BizTalk solutions and experience working with MS SQL Server. MS SharePoint and software methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall experience desired but not required. 25% travel
$110-130,000 + bonus
Software Engineer – .NET
1-4+ years of experience developing web-based systems using ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#. Requires strong understanding of .NET framework and Windows/Web Forms. Should be able to design UI navigation, create basic ASPX pages and implement business logic and database access. Degree is strongly preferred.
$70-95,000 + bonus
Senior Software Engineer – .NET
Similar to above but with 5+ years of experience. Should also be familiar with open source initiatives such as NUnit, Log4Net and Microsoft Application Blocks. Prefer Agile development methodologies experience with RUP, XP, or SCRUM. Prefer some project management experience.
$90-120,000 + bonus
Sharepoint Specialist
4-6+ years of development experience in a Microsoft .NET environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience using SharePoint. SharePoint experience should include architectural design and web development. Prefer candidates who can and have led project teams. 25% travel.
$110-130,000 + incentives
Senior Software Engineer–Adobe Flex
5-15 years of development experience with Java, Adobe Flex, AJAX, Hibernate and Spring. Candidates should have knowledge of current web markup and scripting languages such as XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript and some knowledge of usability and information architecture theory and practice. Prefer experience building web-based systems using Java/J2EE with a strong understanding of J2SE and J2EE APIs. Should be able to design UI navigation, create web-based user interfaces, and implement complex business logic. Should have Agile methodology experience such as RUP, XP, or SCRUM and experience developing web-based, rich client, and server-side software. Bachelor degree in computer science preferred. 10% travel.
$110-135,000 + bonus
Senior Software Engineer-Adobe Flex and C#.NET

$110-135,000 + bonus
Senior Software Engineer/Architect-JAVA J2EE
5-10 years of experience as a Java Developer with in-depth knowledge of web technologies including J2EE/JAVA EE5, Apache, Spring, Struts, JSF, JSP, AJAX, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, JUnit, JProbe, Ant, Eclipse, Dojo, Hibernate, etc. Prefer database experience with MS SQL Server or similar. Prefer experience as software architect or lead engineer on a software development product.
$90-120,000 + bonus
Microsoft Platform Consultant
2-3 years full life cycle experience with ASP.NET, Web Services, XML and SQL Server. This is a fulltime permanent position with benefits. Act as a consultant for Chicago-based clients at client sites. No out of state travel. Position entails 70% coding. Previous consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and degree required. No visa sponsorship.

O’HARE AREA
Oracle Functional Consultant
5+ years of experience with Oracle Applications, with both Oracle functional and technical skills. Prefer some project management experience as well as experience with CRM, business process reengineering, and customer service. Will support customer service applications including SalesForce and Oracle and will work closely with the service side of the business in a fulltime strategic capacity.
$105-115,000 + bonus

Project Manager-Supply Chain Systems/SAP
8-10 years of experience in IT systems design and implementation with strong project management experience on large, complex, enterprise-wide projects. Knowledge of SAP required. Requires strong supply chain background, including logistics, forecasting, inventory and planning. Bachelor degree required, master degree is a plus. PMP certification preferred.
$95-110,000
SOUTHERN SUBURBS
Systems Engineer-JAVA
3-5+ years of experience with object oriented systems analysis/design using Java, J2EE and Websphere. Prefer additional experience with some of the following technologies: BEA, JBOSS, JMS, Oracle 10i, MySQL, XML, SQL and related development tools. Candidates should have both front-end development and back-end server side integration experience, strong XML skills, and strong problem solving skills. Consulting experience, experience with Struts or other web development framework, and Oracle e-Business Suite experience are desirable but not required. Potential team lead opportunity.

Oracle Applications Programmer Analyst
4+ years of experience with Oracle Applications and development. Strong PL/SQL background, with experience using Oracle Forms, Discoverer, Reports and SQL-Loader. Must have Oracle 11i experience with applications including accounting, inventory, purchasing, etc.
