TECHNOLOGY ROLES in CHICAGOLAND

Vice President of Information Technology, northwestern suburbs, hybrid (onsite 4 days/week)

Requires executive-level, strategic technology experience in a midsize consumer products manufacturing company and a proven track record leading at least one new ERP implementation from vendor evaluation through go-live. Must have experience managing a budget and investing in technology from an ROI perspective. Also requires experience with ERP platform(s) and applications, data management, systems integration, supply chain processes (including shop floor, production, distribution, etc.), infrastructure, security, cloud services, IT service and support. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will be responsible for technology strategy and for building a new roadmap to improve systems processes, while managing ongoing continuity and an IT department of 30 professionals. Must have outstanding organizational and communication skills. Degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Must be willing to work onsite 4 days/week.

Senior Network Architect and Administrator, downtown, onsite

Requires 8+ years of network engineering leadership and hands-on network architecture experience in the financial services/trading industry. Must have experience with financial regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FINRA, and SOX, as well as Versa NGFW platforms, cloud networking, and hybrid connectivity. Requires a strong background in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network segmentation. CCIE and/or other network and security certifications are preferred, along with experience in advanced remote access technologies and high-availability, low-latency network architecture. Automation and scripting experience is highly desired.

SENIOR PRODUCT OPERATIONS ROLE in CHICAGOLAND

Director Product Management/Merchandising, northwest suburbs, hybrid

Requires 10+ years of retail merchandising and product management experience, preferably with product knowledge in the areas of auto parts or hardware. Candidates should bring merchandising leadership and vendor negotiation experience. Retail product management is strongly preferred, and proven vendor negotiation experience (including commercial terms and work with Chinese manufacturers/vendors) is required. Seeking a high-EQ, growth-oriented “player coach” who can build and develop teams, balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, and simplify complex product data while owning pricing, product data, and product management strategy in a fast-growing company. FINANCE/ACCOUNTING ROLES in CHICAGOLAND AND STATE OF VIRGINIA

Director of Tax Services, Chicago, remote-friendly (some onsite), hybrid

Requires 8-12 years of tax experience in a small-to-midsize accounting firm, with individual, fiduciary, and pass-through (partnership/S-corp) experience and demonstrated staff supervision through at least one full filing season. Will serve as the firm’s signing CPA. Will manage a team of 4–5 and oversee roughly 950 individual and corporate tax returns for a loyal, high-net-worth client base. Will also serve as a technical resource on tax matters tied to transactions, trusts, and estates. Active Illinois CPA license and current PTIN required, along with proficiency in CCH tax software and strong client-facing skills.

$175 – 225,000 + bonus + equity

Manager of Portfolio Analytics, northern suburbs, onsite (with some flexibility)

Requires 5–7 years of financial analysis experience in a financial services environment. Ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Analyst ready to step into a manager-level role. Will own portfolio-level performance analytics and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Must have advanced Excel and financial modeling skills and a strong understanding of private credit and asset-based finance. Must have experience with portfolio management and reporting systems and strongly prefer experience with SQL Server, Power Query, Microsoft Lakehouse, Allvue, Oxane, PowerBI, or similar software. CFA a definite plus.

Senior Financial Portfolio Analyst, northern suburbs, onsite

Requires 4+ years of experience in asset-based finance and analytics, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Should have experience with portfolio management and accounting/reporting systems, and at least 2 years of experience in private lending. Must have excellent multitasking and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strongly prefer at least 2 years of experience with SQL Server, Power Query, Microsoft Lakehouse, Allvue, Oxane, PowerBI, or similar software.

Plant Controller, outside of Richmond, Virginia, hybrid

Requires 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Must have expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Will lead cost analysis and oversee all plant accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, cost and inventory accounting. Will also be responsible for preparing monthly P&L and variance analysis. Seeking a candidate who will partner with plant operations leadership on cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives. Must have ERP/accounting systems experience and a solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA preferred.
