TECHNOLOGY ROLES in CHICAGOLAND
Senior Network Architect and Administrator, downtown, onsite (relocation available)
8+ years of network engineering leadership and hands-on network architecture experience with some experience in the financial services industry required. Should have experience with financial regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, SOX, etc.), Versa NGFW platforms, cloud networking, and hybrid connectivity. Must have very solid background in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, and network segmentation. Prefer CCIE and/or other network and security certifications, experience with state-of-the-art remote access technologies, and experience designing network architecture for high availability, low latency environments. Automation and scripting experience is highly desired.

Technology Project Manager, Manufacturing industry background, western suburbs, hybrid
7+ years of IT project management experience in a manufacturing environment leading multiple, complex, cross-functional projects. Must have excellent documentation, business process mapping, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to communicate with and gain the trust of internal stakeholders at all levels. Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Project management certification and degree strongly preferred.
Application Analyst, western suburbs, hybrid/onsite
Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio required. Prefer experience with some transportation management software.

ROLES in HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA
International Trade Compliance Manager, Alabama (relocation package available), onsite only
5+ years of experience in global trade compliance as well as knowledge of government regulations specific to the defense industry required. Must have some experience working for a defense contractor as well as knowledge of trade compliance, government regulations, and licensing tools (DDTC, DECCS, etc.) Must have knowledge and experience with ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFAR, etc. Degree required.

ACCOUNTING ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Cost Accounting Manager, northern suburbs, hybrid
5+ years of accounting experience, including cost accounting. Prefer some supervisory experience but it is not required. Degree required; CPA preferred.
Strategic Global Sourcing/Procurement Lead, downtown, hybrid
5+ years of hands-on strategic sourcing/procurement experience ideally in a professional services environment and specifically working with library research services. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and multiple vendors simultaneously. Must also have ability to evaluate project scope and costs and analyze vendor contracts. Degree required. Some minimal travel required.

3+ years of procurement experience including requisitions, price analysis, negotiations, and understanding of contracts. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have experience supporting Source-to-Pay platforms.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERIAL ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Manager of Customer Service, western suburbs, onsite
8+ years of outstanding Customer Service experience within a manufacturing environment and 3 years of supervisory experience required. Must have excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus) as well as solid multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills. Must understand how to utilize O365 including Outlook and Teams for communications and strong preference for experience with an ERP. Will manage 7 strong customer service professionals.
Account Manager, Personal Lines, northern suburbs, in office then hybrid or remote
Proactive, positive, organized multitasker with 3+ years of insurance industry experience and a Property/Casualty Insurance License. Must have experience utilizing AMS 360 Management System (or Vertafore), the ability to work independently and within a team environment, and solid documentation and computer skills. Need to be able to come into the office to meet with carriers once or twice/month.
