CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERIAL ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Manager of Customer Service, western suburbs, onsite
8+ years of outstanding Customer Service experience within a manufacturing environment and 3 years of supervisory experience required. Must have excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus) as well as solid multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills. Must understand how to utilize O365 including Outlook and Teams for communications and strong preference for experience with an ERP. Will manage 7 strong customer service professionals.
Midrange ERP Business Systems Analyst, western suburbs, hybrid
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and 1 year of experience supporting IT applications and mapping business processes and workflows. Must have solid problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strongly prefer experience with a midrange ERP system and knowledge of how applications are integrated. Some configuration experience is highly desired. Seeking creative thinker who is business process minded and logical and is comfortable working with ambiguity. Must understand how to utilize O365 including Teams for communications, collaboration, and documentation tracking.
Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting, hybrid
Seeking a financial reporting and compliance expert with 10+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience. Must have managerial experience, expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting. Must have technical accounting experience. CPA is highly desired. Will manage all financial reporting and internal controls for large multinational manufacturing company.

$150 – 190,000 + bonus, depending on experience
NETWORK ENGINEER ROLE in GREATER BOSTON AREA
Networking Engineer, hybrid
5+ years of networking engineering experience and CCNP (or greater) certification required. Must have specific experience managing and implementing LAN, WAN, wireless LAN, and wireless WAN. Also required experience with Cisco wireless, switches and routers, Palo Alto VPN and firewalls. Prefer experience with network protocols (BGP and OSPF, etc.), Aruba switches, Cisco ISE but not required. Must have strong communication, customer service, collaboration, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills. Degree required. Minimal travel may be required.

3+ years of procurement experience including requisitions, price analysis, negotiations, and understanding of contracts. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have experience supporting Source-to-Pay platforms.

TAX ACCOUNTING ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Senior Tax Accountant, southern suburbs, hybrid
Seeking Tax Accountant (senior or supervisory level) with CPA or CPA in progress, to advise clients on tax planning strategies and tax compliance information. The role will encompass tax preparation, advisory, and accounting responsibilities for individuals, not-for-profits, and businesses of all kinds. Seeking candidate who can assist in training and supervising staff.
Standard benefits
$105 – 110,000 + bonus (for higher level candidates, salary could be higher as well)
INSURANCE INDUSTRY ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Account Manager, Personal Lines, northern suburbs, in office then hybrid or remote
Proactive, positive, organized multitasker with 3+ years of insurance industry experience and a Property/Casualty Insurance License. Must have experience utilizing AMS 360 Management System (or Vertafore), the ability to work independently and within a team environment, and solid documentation and computer skills.

REAL ESTATE ROLE in TAMPA, FL area or remote with travel to Florida
Project Manager – Real Estate Development/Construction, remote with 3 days/week travel to Florida or in Florida
Strong Project Manager with 10+ years of complex real estate development or construction experience and experience managing the full life cycle of real estate development projects required. Must also have solid understanding of budgeting, engineering, zoning, etc. and the ability to bring together contractors, consultants, and governmental officials. PART-TIME RETAIL SALES AND BOOKKEEPING ROLE, REMOTE
Online Retail Sales Operational Analyst and Bookkeeper
Seeking candidate with experience handling inventory, tracking returns, managing sales tax, and performing bookkeeping for an online retail sales organization. Must have experience with both retail sales and bookkeeping as well as knowledge of how to integrate Shopify into retail sales.
