Requires 10+ years of relevant retail, auto parts, or hardware-related experience, with deep product knowledge in the areas of auto parts, hardware, or general retail. Candidates should bring merchandising leadership, vendor negotiation experience, or product-line development expertise. Retail product management is strongly preferred, and proven vendor negotiation experience (including commercial terms and work with Chinese manufacturers/vendors) is required. Seeking a high-EQ, growth-oriented “player coach” who can build and develop teams, balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, and simplify complex product data while owning pricing, product data, and product management strategy in a fast-growing company.

TECHNOLOGY ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Senior Network Architect and Administrator, downtown, onsite (relocation available)
Requires 8+ years of network engineering leadership and hands-on network architecture experience, including some financial services industry experience. Must have experience with financial regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FINRA, and SOX, as well as Versa NGFW platforms, cloud networking, and hybrid connectivity. Requires a strong background in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network segmentation. CCIE and/or other network and security certifications are preferred, along with experience in advanced remote access technologies and high-availability, low-latency network architecture. Automation and scripting experience is highly desired.

Requires 4+ years of experience in asset-based finance and analytics, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Should have experience with portfolio management and accounting/reporting systems, and at least 2 years of experience in private lending. Must have excellent multitasking and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strongly prefer at least 2 years of experience with SQL Server, Power Query, Microsoft Lakehouse, Allvue, Oxane, PowerBI, or similar software.

TECHNOLOGY ROLE in MASSACHUSETTS (OUTSIDE OF BOSTON)
Enterprise Data Architect, hybrid
Requires 10+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, data governance, and data platform design within a complex global environment, including master data challenges involving products, vendors, and customers. Must have ERP experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, as well as post-merger or acquisition integration experience. Responsibilities include defining enterprise data strategy and architecture, designing application integrations, and establishing master data standards across international manufacturing and industrial business units. Must communicate effectively with stakeholders and secure buy-in for data transformation initiatives. Degree required.

HR OPERATIONS MANAGER, UNITED STATES
Human Resources Operations Manager, remote
Requires 5+ years of HR operations experience with a strong payroll/benefits focus, ideally in a remote, multistate setting. Must have ADP Workforce Now experience and knowledge of multistate employment laws. High EQ, strong discretion, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, and a help-first, team-player mindset are a must. Will manage a team and be responsible for payroll, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS. Bachelor's degree required; Master's, SHRM, or SPHR preferred.

Supervisor of Distribution Center, Wisconsin, onsite
Requires 4+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a similar field, plus some supervisory experience. Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Degree preferred but not required for candidates with the right skill set.
