TECHNOLOGY ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
IT Business Analyst with manufacturing industry (and ERP experience), SW suburbs, 4 days onsite
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT applications and mapping business processes and workflows. Must have solid project management, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strongly prefer IT experience with a midrange ERP system and knowledge of how applications are integrated. Some configuration experience is highly desired. Seeking creative thinker who is business process minded and logical and is comfortable working with ambiguity. Must understand how to utilize O365 including Teams for communications, collaboration, and documentation tracking.
Seeking Tax Accountant (senior or supervisory level) with CPA or CPA in progress, to advise clients on tax planning strategies and tax compliance information. The role will encompass tax preparation, advisory, and accounting responsibilities for individuals, not-for-profits, and businesses of all kinds. Seeking candidate who can assist in training and supervising staff.
Standard benefits
$105 – 110,000 + bonus (for higher level candidates, salary could be higher as well)
MARKETING/PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ROLES
Product/Marketing Manager – Medical Devices, remote
3+ years of product management/marketing experience, ideally within the medical device industry strongly preferred. Must have a solid marketing/product development background including strong strategic planning, customer focus, financial, analytical, and organizational skills. Degree required. Up to 25% travel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE (INSURANCE INDUSTRY) ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Customer Service Representative, Personal Insurance Lines, northern suburbs, in office then hybrid
Proactive, positive, organized multitasker with 3+ years of insurance industry experience and a Property/Casualty Insurance License. Must have experience utilizing AMS 360 Management System (or Vertafore), the ability to work independently and within a team environment, and solid documentation and computer skills.

$65 – 70,000 + incentives
HUMAN RESOURCES/SAFETY ROLE in CHICAGOLAND
Human Resources and Safety Generalist, Bilingual, western suburbs, onsite
1 – 3 years of HR generalist experience and familiarity with OSHA guidelines. English and Spanish communication skills are required. Degree preferred; manufacturing industry background is a plus. Will be responsible for day-to-day HR issues, timesheets, vacation requests, basic safety walkthroughs, onboarding, recruiting, and performing basic safety training. Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment and must be comfortable driving to all 3 nearby locations and walking around the manufacturing facilities.
